Woman, without whom a house is not considered a home, who can play her roles with full dedication even if it is that as a daughter, a sister, a wife or a mother. But the sad part is, our society is not taking that much of effort to show up that dedication to make her feel safe, make her feel protected.
Women, they don't consider themselves 'weaker' they are thought to be so, not that they are not strong enough to rise to situations but are thought to be so. She knows her rights. She knows it all. But she also knows the other side to that. 'Rights to women' comes with tags of restrictions. The society we live in does not give that freedom to a women to speak up for herself. Even when she does, her voice ends up as a echo; heard once , heard twice and then nothing. She is aware that a step taken can lead her to another new trouble. She is aware about the way how the society is still servant of men.
Of course there are women who have raised above, showed up that women are capable of doing things better; their limitations are not just to the four walls but sky is their limit but the number of women who haven't raised weights more. Here in Nepal our traditions are also making it harder because a male dominant society comes under false traditions.
Nobody else but the society, the people around should be able to provide that comfort zone for the women. There are being efforts made but still the society needs to change in more better ways until then women can't be helped; not at home, not at workplace, not in any community. Women have raised above, now the society should rise.
